JENNY SCIADINI

Jenny Sciadini is a settlement consultant with Joanna Wynes Settlements, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting. She works directly with trial attorneys and their clients to maximize potential tax benefits, grow clients’ settlement funds, and prepare customized plans tailored to individual clients’ needs. Jenny graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. After college, she earned her law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Jenny worked as a law clerk in the Homicide Unit of the Office of the State's Attorney for Maryland, Baltimore City. Upon graduating from law school, Jenny clerked for the Honorable John N. Prevas for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. In that role, she gained valuable experience handling civil and criminal cases. Upon completing her judicial clerkship, Jenny was appointed an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City. As a prosecutor, Jenny prepared and successfully tried numerous misdemeanor and felony jury trials. Her experience as a trial attorney uniquely positions Jenny to assist clients in navigating the often-complex options available to them as litigation settlement recipients. Jenny understands the emotional, medical, and financial needs of injured individuals and their families involved in the litigation settlement process. Zachary Brommer

Zachary recently joined Joanna Wynes Settlements, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting, after 15 years in the financial services industry. Most recently, Zachary worked as an independent financial advisor and insurance producer, working with families and small businesses. Prior to that, Zachary held a variety of roles working directly for insurance carriers and supporting the independent financial advisors across the country. Zachary has always taken an education-first approach. He believes strongly that staying up to date with the newest planning strategies and industry developments is the surest way to add value to his attorney/client relationships. With claimants, Zachary understands his role as a resource in making sure their questions are answered and the solutions suggested are tailored to their best interests and long-term financial security. Zachary graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He has also earned post-graduate accreditations from the American College of Financial Services (Chartered Life Underwriter) and the CFP Board (Certified Financial Planner). Marsi Willis is a Senior Case Manager with Sage Settlement Consulting and has over a decade of experience in the settlement planning industry. Marsi joined Millennium Settlement Consulting’s (now Sage Settlement Consulting’s) case management team in March of 2014. Prior to joining Millennium, Marsi was a Senior Structured Settlement Coordinator at The James Street Group. Marsi supports settlement planners on a wide range of single-event and mass tort cases, including physical injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation settlements, and structured attorney’s fees. Marsi’s genuine passion for helping others and unwavering work ethic enable her to assist clients in achieving their settlement planning goals. Joanna Wynes

Joanna Wynes is a Settlement Consultant with Joanna Wynes Settlements, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting, and current President of the American Association of Settlement Consultants. Since joining the settlement industry nearly a decade ago, Joanna has worked on many single-event and mass tort cases. She has worked closely with individuals and families dealing with motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful birth, wrongful death, product liability, dog bite, and workers’ compensation settlements. Top attorneys rely on Joanna to provide mediation support, help claimants understand their options and prepare customized settlement plans. A Baltimore native, Joanna graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was in the top two percent of her class. Following graduation, Joanna worked at several prominent Philadelphia law firms, representing clients involved in medical malpractice, defective product, and motor vehicle accident torts. She achieved seven- and eight-figure settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients. After returning to Baltimore, Joanna transitioned to the settlement industry as a Medicare Set-Aside consultant. She learned the nuances of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and gained a deeper understanding of the financial implications faced by injured individuals with ongoing medical needs.
